Beyond the stellar work, attention to detail, and fair pricing, I must say that Gary’s commitment to clients and accessibility is second to none.Our project was for a pre listing renovation which included fresh paint and trim throughout, rebuilding the back patio railing and steps, garage epoxy and numerous ad hoc projects throughout the home. Not to mention, I was out of state through the entire process which was only possible because Gary went above and beyond communicating with me, providing expert recommendations, and raising issues (and most importantly solutions) throughout.He was my eyes and ears, including commenting on the work of other vendors in cases where things weren’t up to his and my high standards. There were times when we had to change course or add/remove things from our initial plan and I felt confident throughout – I always felt that Gary had my best interest at heart and like he was caring for the home as if it were his own. He always was willing to lend a hand and go above and beyond the line items on the invoice whether it was a quick check in, photos, videos, recommending other specialty services, or just turning on the sprinkler system for me when I had no one else to turn to.Gary is a true gentleman and together with his crew, absolute masters at their craft. Review: Brilliant Paint has touched every wall in my home (sometimes more than once as we try new colors). Gary and team have always been incredibly responsive and professional, answering my questions and helping make the final product special.On one of our first projects, the team drove to just about every Lowe’s in Austin to track down the exact moulding that would match other parts of our home. The attention to detail meant a lot.We also used Brilliant Paint when a pipe froze and we had water damage in our main living area. Not only did the team prioritize our project so we wouldn’t be displaced long, but they were fantastic in working with our insurance company — even when additional invoice details and segmentation were requested after the project was complete.For the most recent series of projects, I was very specific about the types of products and materials used because we had newborns in the home, and the team was careful and super communicative.The team has also done impressive construction projects for us, including what I think is the centerpiece of my home — the installation of an electric fireplace and surrounding built ins with wallpaper behind.If you’re thinking about using Brilliant Paint —- do it. They show up on time and put in the hard work until it’s finished.
